Jay met Vishal in a second-grade classroom. It was an ordinary school day, but it brought together two people who would eventually build something far from ordinary. Neither of them knew it yet the first chapter had already begun.

As school was coming to an end, Jay and Vishal made each other a simple promise: one day, they'd build something together. There was no business idea, no plan, and certainly no company name. Just two friends who somehow believed they'd find their way back to the same path.

After their board exams, Jay and Vishal spent countless evenings on bean bags, talking about life, ideas, ambitions, and everything in between.That little room became their favourite place to dream about the future. Years later, those memories would give their future company its name.

Life took Jay and Vishal in completely different directions. Jay found his world in filmmaking, storytelling, and understanding businesses; Vishal found his in technology, design, and building digital experiences. They were building very different skills but unknowingly, they were building the two halves of the same company.

One ordinary phone call brought an old promise back into the conversation. This time, it didn't sound like something two kids had said years ago. It sounded possible. They saw how naturally their strengths fit together, and decided it was time to build what they had once only imagined.

What began with two school friends is now BeanBag Media House, a creative studio bringing together design, technology, and storytelling. Jay shapes the story. Vishal builds the experience. And together, they're still building the company they once promised each other they would.
